Dr. Amouda Venkatesan (PI)
Dr. Amouda is the Principal Investigator of the lab. She has over 15 years of experience in bioinformatics and computational biology, focusing on machine learning applications in omics data and drug discovery.
V Suriya P Sinnarasan
Suriya focuses on diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for Gastric Cancer using omics. He uses Machine Learning and Deep Learning as well as multi-omics for precision medicine research.
Dahrii Paul
Paul is an expert in Machine Learning classification techniques. His research is focused on finding blood and non-blood biomarkers for Liver Cancer.
Rajesh Das
Rajesh specializes in data science, machine learning, and bioinformatics. He is currently working on small-RNA transcriptome analysis and bioactivity prediction models.
Md Mujibur Rahman Sheikh
Mujibur is working on HIV infection using RNA-seq and single-cell RNA seq (scRNA-seq) for drug target identification. He will also be doing computer-aided drug discovery as a part of his research work.
